DimeHealth started when Akash and Ashish spent time at their parents’ and friends’ clinics and saw the same thing everywhere. Doctors and staff buried in paperwork. Phones ringing nonstop. People doing administrative work instead of the jobs they trained years to do.

Healthcare isn’t just diagnosing and treating patients. So much of it is administrative back and forth. Figuring out how and where to submit insurance claims. Dealing with denials. Coordinating visits between patients and specialists. Faxing forms. Manually typing information. Calling back. Excel trackers. Appointment checklists.

As LLMs evolved, it became obvious these tasks didn’t need to stay manual. We started small, building tools that helped teams just track their faxes. As the models advanced, we kept going. Automating intake, authorization, scheduling, and patient communication step-by-step.

That’s what DimeHealth is today. We handle the work between referral and visit, so healthcare teams can focus on patients. We believe AI should give clinicians the freedom to focus on what they do best: diagnosing and treating. And the messy middle? That should just happen!
